Hi All,
I'm aware the discussion has touched on some heavy topics which may bring up some difficult feelings for some. I'd like to strongly encourage anyone who feels they have been affected to reach out for some extra support from somewhere like 1800Respect. 

We also want to acknowledge that everyone is individual and the strategies that work for everyone will be different, especially with situations as complex as those being discussed here.

Thanks so much for commenting. It makes a difference to me and my life when a person feels they benefit positively from what I write. Getting and taking our power back is one of the most essential things after leaving DV or FV. Keep moving forward even if it is slowly.

Oh thank you @TideisTurning for your concern you are very sweet , I have ridden out the worst of my withdrawals and taking it day by day. 

I also popped a couple of Asprin for my Psy-cho-cho. I mean dam the cure for Psychosis was hiding in the bathroom cupboard all along. Life is a funny thing isn't it, all these quasi geniuses chipping away at the MI puzzles and its hiding underneath the nail clippers and toothpaste. Bless them.
