One of our kids years ago, when asked what they'd like for a birthday cake said they wanted me to surprise them. Right... that was "blue and green marble cake coming up!" 😉

Yeah ..... I made blue cake with chocolate icing ..... everyone was expecting it to be chocolate cake ..... 😂

In our case the recipient wasn't quite so keen. It wasn't quite the type of surprise they expected. It was tasty though... from memory, I used strawberry and boysenberry essences to flavour it.

Well my neighbour loved the Chocolate Mud Cake that I took her this afternoon.

I didn't bake it myself, I bought it...

I was more into the Chilli Cheese, Cheese & onion Dip & crackers (that she gave me).
