 my complications need adjusting but it is very hard to find a right balance because of the kidney disease

I hope it goes well @Shaz51 . I wonder if your gp could give you a care plan for a physiotherapist or osteopath while you're there... you can get 5 subsidised or bulkbilled appts.

Started on insulin injections yesterday by the doctor for my diabetes 

Seeing the kidney specialist this Tuesday 

And then the Doctor again on Thursday about my parathyroid levels

That's a big step @Shaz51, hope it works out . It always sounds complicated to me - all the monitoring and checking during the day. Fingers crossed your other issues are OK, and stay stable with the change.
