Got to go for a walk @TAB will have a quick sip of something then head off. What sneakers did you get? I hope you like them. @StuF try and keep warm if possible - you can get illnesses from pathogenic cold as its termed in traditional chinese medicine. The cold can create imbalance in the body. Rug up! 🙂

i had similar ones for decades 80s, 90s  adidas R71  could fit them in pedal cages on bike and good for gym, w hard soles. useless for walking etc , but gym and bike => Brilliant. @SmilingGecko  and cheaper than modern ones lol
