I'm just a little upset, & anxious atm, I am trusting in The LORD for help for 'D' I am inlove with him BIG time! I never realized until recently. I heard news that has shocked me, & it is not good if it happens for both of us. I need direction atm, I am having terrible dreams, & waking up in the dark, with horrible symtoms. I am too distressed about this, some how this needs to be spoken about with 'D' but I don't know how to do it atm???

My LTP, went down, & so did I, with shocking Allergic Rinusitis, plus wornout from body pain, & depression. I have the worst ever, all this body pain, & allergy, plus emotional stress it getting the better of me, atm. I will leave this message in CT, atm, as I need, & would appreciate some more Spiritual prayer support, from my bothers, & sisters, in The LORD! Amen <><<

Sending my very best wishes and keeping you in my thoughts. You poor bugger. Allergies can be horrible. Please look after yourself, your just as important as anyone else. Try some heat packs and just rest. Stress and pain go hand in hand so you need to find ways to help ease the muscle tension that you might not be reaslising your doing.
If you like type in progressive muscle relaxation. I think itll help you abit.
