I am sitting here on my big backside wondering 'should I go for a walk?? or be a lazy pea and just go back to bed ....' I think what I will do is get ready and if my neighbour is there I will go out otherwise I will be a lazy pea and stay inside in the warm today :). Have a busy day with mum coming up and a doctors appointment with son2 .... I hate busy days but has to be done.

@Bunniekins I'm ok I guess. Been up all night with flashbacks and ptsd shit. I'll be ok though, I'm seeing my counsellor today and I'll try explaining what happened.
