I am another one who finds the news distressing. Heartbreaking even.

I try not to see it, but it's everywhere.

@Shaz51 I'm pretty worn out tonight, after going to craft then a mental health thing in the park for a few hours. May have to try for an early night and see if I can sleep. Most nights do not sleep well.

That's really good @cutiepiekitty you got some great things. I didn't know beyond Blue had them I'll have a look on there SIGHT tomorrow, sounds like your going to have some great ideas and tips. I'm glad you enjoyed it.
