@saturnzoon  maybe try researching alternate ways/sources of vitamin D. I think bananas have vitamin D in them and apparently mint helps one absorb vitamin D from the sun. But yea . Gotta follow the doctors orders also.

It was me that did ask about Chernobyl series and it was sad what happened to all the people that lived there and still affecting them, like you it was really different to what I had been told, I glad I watched it

Good Morning to you @greenpea I agree the middle East is definitely a volatile place.   It's really sad.   I also feel sad about the situation in Hong Kong.

@Angels333  yes the only reason why the government of china hasnt gotten stuck into the protesters yet is that it would be broadcast everywhere unlike in tiannanmon square all those years ago. I wish the hong kong protesters luck they are on their own and need it.
