@TAB  yeah dont want to look too thin. not good when older to be too thin.  my sister is reed thin too thin in my opinion but then she must think omg pea has put on so much weight dont want to look like her!! two sizes is good. that is a whole new wardrobe!

@TAB  did you know that heart problems cause weight gain in the belly?its hard for you and i with heart conditions to lose weight.... basically have to eat like birds!

@greenpea  I have sleep apnoea as well, so its all circular, it makes you fatter still plus messes with heart, get fat -> get apnoea, makes u fatter, messes w heart
