Re: Tabaluga's

@StuF @TAB @Bill16 hey cool friends, done work. Home now. Only going to work half days Wednesdays from tomorrow. Rainy here too. Grey sky day. Think going for nap. Take care.

Re: Tabaluga's

Good on you @Meowmy

Re: Tabaluga's

Hey @Former-Member  - it's a mindfulness group, so discussion is generally around that. Today we did a bit about practising observing...senses, breathing etc. We ate a slice of banana mindfully. Which is always a bit funny, but an ok exercise

Glad your crystal work helped. And enjoy being the michellen man! lol

Re: Tabaluga's

@StuF mindfulness can be very good with regulation of emotions and how you interact with other people. It can be good for relationship problems, making people more aware of what they contribute to personal exchanges. I think if more people did it we would have less dysfunction in society, it makes you more aware of yourself and others and how you feel. It can easily stop conflictual patterns before they arise by making you more thoughtful about how you engage with others. I mainly do epsilon meditation now but some days will do mindfulness 💛 I've just been analysing astrology and matching crystals again.

@TAB my walking sleeping "Selk' bag" is made out of recycled plastic waste from the ocean. Its incredible how they can melt and repurpose plastics. It traps heat and is warm to 6 degrees. I did not buy the more expensive one its also to 6 degrees but made with air pocket seams. I just got the one that suited my needs and was within my budget. I measured myself up and got the right size. Have had the site bookmarked for over a year. Got quite a sizeable discount. I don't think stock was moving which is why they advertised the sale but its an incredible concept. The bag is sturdy and with quality zipping etc. If the electricity goes down I will still be able to keep warm. I reckon too many people will being drawing on the power grid this winter. We got to stop turning inefficient heating on. My reverse aircon in my room isn't expensive to run though and thats why the gov't wants people to rip out gas and do aircon instead. Even oil heaters and mini heaters are expensive to operate. They don't keep you warm anyway. You have to stay huddled close to it but it won't be able to sufficiently heat you. We find out the hard way though and freeze over winter and get slugged with a hefty bill and wonder why. That happened to me once when I had oil heating on over winter at night many years ago. To be realistic I did not honestly feel any warmer!
