Hey, we all have setbacks @ArraDreaming 

What you can do is learn from what happened and see where you went wrong and how you can change that behaviour. 

Seriously though, I don't take it to heart as I know it's not who you are. Yes maybe six months ago I would have but I've learnt what you are really like. You are not stupid. Maybe you just need a better way of explaining how you feel instead of lashing out at others. 

I truly believe you are all the things I mentioned before. 

You're not a dumb idiot. I really care about you.
