Hey @BIJI ,

I'm sorry how difficult things must be for you.

When he has an episode, are there professional supports?

Please know you are not alone.

I often read of those who really do not see that they need support.

Re: Dealing with BIPOLAR

He doesn’t acknowledge that he has a problem and goes spending thrifts as per him l am the crazy one. He refuses professional help. Because he’s not violent l can’t call mental health as he is not willing

Re: Dealing with BIPOLAR

Unfortunately, as you said, because he is not violent, it is hard to make him get help @BIJI

One he is not experiencing an episode, does he reflect on his behaviour e.g. his spending?

A strategy I've heard is to secure the money so he is limited to only a certain amount. Is this something you can do?
