Also I know you are keeping your time on-line limited and I hope this is helping your life generally - I would feel uncomfortable with the long glass wall of the cabin at your brother's house myself - I guess I am used to being accountable only to myself - my body clock seems to have got out of sync - I got up an hour earlier today - let's hope I don't nap this afternoon -
The problem is that I tend to read late at night - or rather - early in the morning - I did turn my light out earlier last night
I took myself in-hand this morning and sent a message to PTA about the school children who ignore me - yes - I am a senior citizen - when I am travelling on the local bus - yes - I am assertive and order them out of the way. I was lucky this week - the was a PTV official on the bus and he helped me out with this problem - and told me where to send an email - so I am pleased with myself for being proactive for me and for the other seniors citz and also the blind, disabled and pregnant people using buses at the same time as the millions of school children who commute at the same time
Well - it seems like millions - I guess it's a lot of young people at the same time of day - but I sent the email

@eudemonism I understand what you are going through I have the same problems but now try not to look ahead and just take one minute of the day at a time, as my psych use to tell me it's No good worrying about tomorrow just take care for today otherwise our minds are to busy., and never get rest

@Doglover it's always a worry when where put on new meds, as to the side effects it's always different for everyone, I try not to think aboout it and just see how it goes.
@Owlunar I used to get the bus into work years ago and it was always hard when the school kids or teenagers where on there, they were rude, and had no regard to the elderly or mothers with babies, I hope you get a response back as I know sometimes they don't

One thing that helped me was when I realsied that it was not perfectly cyclical, but I could nudge the cycles into gradual improvement. Eg smaller reccurrences of self harm and greater distances between events.
I am trying to keep my activity level slower atm. Slow and steady.
Just dropped son at station and car off car for another issue, this time with computer system. Have choir/birthday party in town tonight.
