I find these videos calming, especially when she is playing background music.

If anyinekne wants to give this a go, you can achieve similar effects using paints, PVA glue instead of matt medium (dries clear) and cut-outs or tear-outs from junk mail or magazines .... stack images of books, and find a coffee cup you like .... even cheap colouring books have images that can be cutout, used and coloured.

There are some really great ideas @Faith-and-Hope. I think I might try some of them. It was inspiring and good timing.
