I'll be back @outlander....

Re: Craft Corner

Apologies @outlander, still getting the head around crochet/knitting. (Also nice to meet you too!). I have attempted my first scarf but it was with Loopz, so not sure if that really counts as knitting - what do you think?

Re: Craft Corner

lol! @CheerBear

not a problem @Ali11 no need to apologise. absolutley it is, and even if it wasnt its still a crafty sort of thing. Do you have a pic you could share here?

Re: Craft Corner

YouTube was my friend this time @outlander . I found these three which might be fun (they might be a bit tricky to start but I definitely think you're up for it!) and could work well with your yarn cake.

Bobble cover

Classy Steps

And Puff Stitch which is probably the easier of the three.

I really like the one you've found though!

Re: Craft Corner

Re: Craft Corner

Evening @outlander @CheerBear @Faith-and-Hope @BlueBay @Hope4me and welcome

@Ali11  and ll.

@CheerBear I love the colours you used in your blanket, its stunning, I would Love to make that.

@outlander your blanket looks lovely and straight,   I'm pretty much a beginner, and haven't mastered how to kep my edges straight, ive found pins on how to do straight edges, but still found it hard to understand.

The picture of the cushion cover looks lovely as well, I could do with some of them.

These are the colours i have leftThese are the colours i have leftI was going to do my blanket for a queen bed, but I think i will just have it as a single cause i dont think the blue's go with the red n purple an then the orange and lighter purple. This is the size so farThis is the size so far

which colours do you guys think would go to finish the blanket off from the colours i have left or I multi coloured wool.

Re: Craft Corner

@CheerBear @outlander @Faith-and-Hope @BlueBay @Hope4me  could any of you please let me know how you can continue to write under a picture i put on the post as when i try to click on the bottom it goes to the beginning of my text and I tried hitting the arrow key for a new sentence but that just went to the side. of the picture or sometimes my picture just disappears.

@Hope4me  thank you i will check out that wheel chart for colours as I'm not good with matching colours as you would have seen.

Re: Craft Corner

Thanks for your comments @saturnzoon 🙂

I think any of your light colours would finish yours off well. Maybe the green and anothrr bright one. There are so many stitches and lots of work in what you've done so far!

I'm probably not going to be much help with the question above. I use desktop on my mobile when I add images here and find it can be very fiddly to write a post. I've been having some trouble with being bounced around in the text box when I try to do much (add images, edit a post etc) so I write my post, leave a gap where I want to place the image and then add it in the end -It's a bit of a muck around to do that though.
