Re: Good Morning!

Good to hear from you too @Bimby2. Yes it's been a long time.  Depression had a deep grip on me for a long time. But it's gone now. So I have more energy and time for the Forum again.

I hope you are well.

Re: Good Morning!

Thank you @utopia for such kind words.

@utopia

I used to have good mornings from time to time. I used to go walking to the beech or around the block. Or I'd like at least feel satisfied with the morning stage of the day. But these days it's basically about drinking coffee, smoking cigarettes, writing, distraction, some TV or radio, I really don't consider my mornings as good very often any more. I think partly to medication building up in my system and the side effects have an adverse effect on myself. And plus the uncontrollable changes happening in my life. The influence of friends... Change of attitude... Dealing with my pets... Christ knows? It's a bit of a hindering problem though...

Re: Good Morning!

@BlueBay. So glad to see you here. I don't know how your brain works - but I forgot your name before and wasn't sure if I had it right. Glad I have. Lol. But I don't trust my brain with memory recall much
