Good Morning @Bunniekins  I went to bed early and persisted and persisted and eventually went to sleep for few hours and had some weird dreams lol now up cold sore etc lol

@TAB  what am I going to do with your TABs lol? Sounds like a nice hot bath is in order and a coffee or two.

yeah I know @Bunniekins  sick of coughing and sore throat, not getting any better, ok I get a good morning somehow then hack up the rest of day seems

yeah doing coffee now, but scared of bath atm seems horror movie ish thing to be doing now I had getting 2nd heat globe on list after drs yest but decided had to be home asap have drunk twice in last 9 days as scared for throat so thats something guess

@TAB  I know someone up here who has had a similar thing and her cough isn't shifting either :(. A friend of hers is a nurse and said it is a viral thing and that nothing will shift it except giving it time .... just sorry that you are feeling so rotten. You did make me giggle yesterday when you said the doctors 'were on to you' lol re time off work but this time you are sick and they should realise it that you really need help with all the problems that you are facing. As you said time to find a new doctor one that truely appreciates your circumstance.

there are 3 drs at bulk bill place that I was ok seeing, think thought this one was the 'one' (ok second time this has happened) well 3rd maybe now she's getting sniffy about forms .. anyhoo .. one of the other ones seemed more sympathetic, just theyre not always available when I want to go there. well did have dr who was very helpful. also was in  medical boad/ gp governing body so he prescribed whatever he felt like when others too scared to. also would syring my ears out himself. at this place get some sort of 'nurse' with cheap silly machine doing it. not the same. that dr was in adelaide tho and havent seen them for 5 years or so now  @Bunniekins

@TAB  what about seeing a psychologist using the BOMBH package? Have you done that before? 8-10 free sessions. it is a lottery with psychs some are great most are sh1te I have found. Same with psychiatrists. Luckly I have a great psychiatrist atm. Just a thought. You have so much going on thought having someone extra to talk to might help.

well dr said it was taking too long so told me to take antibiotics @Bunniekins  and every time I ask them if its due to smoking all this horribleness they say every 3rd person there has same thing

..so maybe am getting it from going to drs for certificates lol

am still playing hookey from work

every day I dont go is a step closer to the door. not bothered.

@TAB  Hugs TAB. Things will work out they always do. What will you do today? Can you sit in the sun for a bit? get some vitamen d just a bit. Maybe for for a light walk and see how you go.

I mentioned psychiatrist to good dr years ago they just stared at me, saying like 2 year waiting list

did get given list of psychs, the experienced ones from same practise charged double what the inexperienced ones did

still. think I never ended up going
