Woke up with sore lower back, so I think I slept awkward, have taken some pain killers and Voltaren cream I hope will help as I can't walk with it.

Good afternoon @saturnzoon  .. love the kitten pic.  Sorry to hear you woke up in pain. Hope the painkillers and cream provide some rapid relief.  Back pain is so debilitating, I suffer from it myself.  Wishing you an ever improving day.
