Hi @saturnzoon , sorry everything is diffucult at the moment.  Maybe you can watch some of your tv shows and try to tune out for a little while.  Can you set aside a little money every week from your pay and save up for he outdoor chair on your own?  Those outdoor chairs are really nice and I'm sure you would be comfy with some pillows and what not.  It would definitely be nice to be able to enjoy some sunshine and your backyard.

Excuse my ignorance but what is SI?

Anxiety is a very hard one cause theres no real meds for it. Ive had some success with herbs but u do need to check with Pharmacist as some herbs interact with prescription meds. Ive experienced this so b care.

I find exercise is the best.  

To my knowledge anxiety stems from fears. Which kinda makes a lot of sense to me cause bpd i think stems from a lot of inner fears due to abandoning issues.

Just be gentle with yourself today.
