@Sans911 @Molliex ... I thought that changed fairly recently, the ability to 'support' part at least. Maybe you can still access and read, but I'm not sure you can actually sign in to enable you to 'support'. I recall there was some difference when @Faith-and-Hope did her latest overseas trip, compared to a previous trip --- very true @Former-Member and @MDT found he could not do the support button either
@Meowmy ... sending you tender hugs .

Hi @saturnzoon, hope your day has picked up a little 💙💜 Depression and anxiety is exhausting. SI is like having a serial killer living in ya head 😟. It frightens us. Its no surprise the SI is intense if your anxiety is also high atm. Have you been under a lot of stress in other ways lately? I've observed the SI is intense when life is intense and finding ways to reduce the stress (other than dieing of cause), does take the power out of SI, for me. SI is my red flag that something's wrong and I need to self care.
In your backyard you might like to do what I just did... grab a 3x2m privacy screen shadecloth from Bunnings $30, really good. I attached mine to the gutters and fence with rope & hand made hooks (from coat hanger wire). Good shade from hot sun too. Maybe graba a couple of plastic chairs to sit on for now. Check out the Op shops. Though I must say, a swing chair sounds lovely.
Anxiety can make us a little irrational, but you're not stupid. Loneliness or feeling alone is hard, I talk to God, and lost loved ones and my dog. If you believe God speaks kindness to you through the the trees, the breeze, the colours, the birds... the loneliness pain fades a little (but never tell a psychiatrist God talks to you lol).
Know what ya mean about being on the 'downside of life' after 55, I feel past my use-by date.
Agraphobia must be horrible, avoiding makes it stronger you know. Wouldn't say I'm agorphobic, maybe more social phobic, but hiding in the house has been where I spend +95% of my life since my daughter passed 8yrs ago. Cabin fever can set in, that's why I do gardening. There's many triggers at shops and around people... so gardening is safer. Just a thought. You have to move at your own pace, it's like weigh loss - baby steps is the most successful healing long term - a little each day. Sorry about your car... Kidz can be so disrespectful grr. Do you do home delivered online groceries? And use taxi?. Glad you liked my picture - i'm an image hoarder lol.
Do be kind to yourself.
