I am thinking of getting another lottery ticket there is a penthouse down the road from us with bay views ..... *sigh* would I love to live there! apparently there will be a shopping centre underneath so a coles or woolies and cafes, shops etc. you would never have to leave :D. Yes I think a lottery ticket is in order :).

Sounds like a plan @greenpea , good luck with the numbers!  I was going to buy a ticket a few weeks ago, but, there were so many people at the newsagents trying to win I didn't stop and wait.  I usually chuck in when we do a syndicate at work, i'd be pretty annoyed if everyone else got to retire and I still had to work lol 🙂

I lived near the water for a long time (renting), the only down side is the noise, traffic and hoons.  I didn't have the convenience of a shopping centre underneath, that would be snazzy 🙂

@TAB  Oh TABs have you managed to get some cat naps today? That would help to clear the mind and yes that is what the pea needs to do, things to clear her mind.....

Hey @saturnzoon , glad you have had a nice change over in Adelaide.  Fingers crossed the dishes get washed for you and the kitchen is clean. 🙂

@Gazza75  Yes this place has a gym and swimming pool (heated) etc etc. I want that penthouse :p. I have hoons where I live but you get hoons everywhere where I live cannot escape it lol .....
