Thanks @rav3n. I'm trying to somehow get through what's going on but feel like I'm losing the battle. I've reached out to so many places but noone seems to be able or willing to help with what I'm going through. Things have hit a critical point for me at the moment and I guess this is a last ditch attempt at maybe somehow getting through this. But I'm really not sure if it's even possible.

When you have had a look at the How to thread and have worked out how to make a new discussion. Why don’t you make one introducing yourself and telling us a little about your situation. Maybe we can support you or give advice if that’s what you are looking for? Maybe you just want someone to listen. Please let us know what you need

again. You can say quite a lot. Just no graphic details, no identifying details, no medication names and no talking about the details of kilometres walked or weight lost.

Thankyou @Oaktree. I'll see if I can work it out. I'm really not sure what I need right now but with having noone to turn to for support it gets very lonely and overwhelming to deal with everything alone.
