Hey @TAB   I just type @ and then the name of the thread and it comes up in the drop down box the same way our names do.  A fairly recent function that makes it much easier to link to other threads.

@saturnzoon  just discovered a post notification from you in my inbox, but it doesn't seem to be here in the thread.  Possibly got moderated because it mentioned the name of an organisation that you hope to get psychology through.  Glad to hear you do have a MHCP and are on the list to be contacted for an appointment.  If you have their number I'd be ringing them on monday and let them know it's urgent that you get an appointment, even if you have to leave a message.  It sounds like you are taking big steps in the right direction and that there's hope you'll get the help you want in the not too distant future.  Hang in there and stay safe in the meanwhile.
