same re sleep @SmilingGecko  I found it hard to stay out of bed today, just cold and darkish

It must have been the day for it @TAB just made some more mush to eat. Beetroot dip out of roast beets and chickpeas and tahini. Its hard to work out what to eat with the potential for dry socket. Bought some iron tablets so i'm not deficient in ionic minerals with no meat.  Can't eat it until the wound heals
