knees bad , do not understand why. its similar to start of trouble few years ago, when ended up couldnt walk, ha

had 5x bm's this morning, all normal. must have still been blocked up. had nice chicken roll for bkfst then burped a lot of it back up lol. least not spew, plus didnt burn like acid, but erk

Glad I thought to cancel physio , thought not that bad, I couldnt have gone now , think. Sorry, just wanted to tell someone. Feeling old. Thins today not much fun. At least not super hot plus dont have nausea. think watch tv and keep fluids up.Shower when feel up to it
