Totally agree @Ru-bee
I think one of my problems is that sometimes it comes to the forefront when I don't have time/energy to deal with it. Then I need to try and make the time. Try and put other things on the shelf to deal with my MH.
I think my shelf is full however!!

I've got a bit of extra space on mine if you need me to hold anything for a little while.
What time's your pdoc appointment? Let us know how it goes

@Ru-bee Spoke to pdoc about what was on my list.
Keeping meds the same at this stage. He just wants to see how my sleep goes the next few weeks before changing anything. If it gets really bad then he told me to ring him. He is concerned about how much prn I have been taking. I said to him I'll try to not have as much but can't really see that happening.
I told him about my sh and si and it increasing lately. Did speak about increasing the ECT but I'm not to sure about that. Means I have to rely more on H to take me and then have to get S to school somehow. Just thinking about it makes me anxious.
Told me just to keep using my SP, try to ignore my mum and just walk away from her and keep using my distraction techniques.
Will see him again in 3 weeks time.
I talk to my psych tomorrow on telehealth. I was meant to see her today in person but she changed the appointment to tomorrow and telehealth. I don't know why. I hate telehealth. I find it so hard to talk.
My thoughts haven't slowed down today, still feel like I am in overdrive.
