I don't see my psych or pdoc this week which is a shame. I see my gp Wednesday but rarely talk to her about my MH. Just normally a get in get out appt. with her.

I hear what you are saying and I 100% get it. The alzheimers isn’t an excuse.

It's funny that we can sit there and write that each one of us don't deserve to be treated like we do by our parent/s @Captain24 

Easy to tell each other that we are worth it.

However when it comes to ourselves we are blind to it.

I hadn't realised your mother's unit was connected to your house. I'm just so sorry she's so vile and that the Alzheimer's is making things worse 😭

I feel sad you're missing the snow this weekend to take her to a funeral with a 3 hour round trip.
