Well, it seems you have a lot going on. Those property managers can be painful to deal with. It makes you wonder if they know they're wrong, but just hope people will pay them to make them stop harassing them! I really hope you can get all that sorted soon, and both you and your housemate can both get a little stable happy home life soon.
