@Dimity , just fingers crossed 🤞 that the kidney specialist is happy with the change that the doctor did 

@Jacques , not sure if I can say what the injections are but am just on 10 units a day so far and a diabetes medication as well 

First injection last night and was not bad at all 

How many units is your mum on ?

oh 10 units is not bad, mums injections are duel, it has one quick release for dinner and a slow release for the next 24 hours, she takes 20 units and her sugar has stabilized at 7-8 mmol. her doctor wanted to put her on Ozempic but she had bad side effects from it and it is really difficult to get a hold of.

Yesterday was total information overload,  spoke to 5 people over a 2 hour period 

So felt very overwhelmed when I finally got back home 

Now to put it all into now and the future

How's your mum going? Also, are you still bracing for wild weather where you are?

Mr shaz has had a bad day , and I am feeling like rejected,  not talking for the day is crazy 

My mum is confined to a wheelchair now , no walker anymore and she is very upset 

I am put on sinsil injections for my diabetes 

Soo much happening , Mr shaz has a melanoma and waiting for a specialist 

Is having a bowel oncology in February 

I see the doctor again tomorrow and then the diabetes specialist in February

Thank you for the hugs @tyme , @Dimity 

Cooked rissoles and vegetables for dinner,  Mr shaz helped me 

He is still very quiet and watching TV and looking at reels on his phone 

For me I have to remember he is not cranky with me but he upset with himself 

But he sets the feeling for the day
